1. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 gives you the right to cancel your contract with us for access to the Bridges Curriculum within fourteen (14) days from the day on which that contract is concluded (“Cancellation Period”) without giving any reason. However, as you have requested that we commence access to the Bridges Curriculum immediately, this right is subject to the exceptions set out in paragraph 3.
2. You must notify us of your decision to cancel your contract with us for access to the Bridges Curriculum by a clear statement made by email through the Contact Bridges page of the website. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of cancellation before the relevant Cancellation Period has expired.
3. As you have requested that we commence access to the Bridges Curriculum immediately, you can exercise your right above to cancel access to the Bridges Curriculum but, if you do so, you must still pay us for any part of the of the curriculum which you have accessed up to the time that we are informed of your decision to cancel. The amount payable by you to us in respect of your cancelled contract with us for access to the Bridges Curriculum will be the cost of any lessons made available to you. We will notify you of the amount payable by you and will deduct this amount from the reimbursement we make to you.
4. If you exercise your right above to cancel your contract with us for access to the Bridges Curriculum we will reimburse to you the amount we received from you for access to the Bridges Curriculum less any amount payable by you to us under paragraph 10.3; less, in each case, any amount payable by you to us under paragraph 3. We will make such reimbursement without undue delay and not later than the end of fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
